摘要
首先在分析了产品形态构成的基础上,建立了产品族形态变型的三层变型结构模型:配置层、空间布局层、型面变型层;其次构建了产品族形态变型平台,包括两个侧面:人机侧面、比例侧面;最后提出了产品族形态设计系统集成方案并构造了相应的软件系统。
Based on the analysis of product shape composition, the paper constructed a structural model product family shape transformation layers,namely configuration layer, 3D layout layer, and shape surface transformation layer. Then a product family shape transformation platform, which has two profiles of ergonomic profile and ratio profile, was built. Finally, a product family shape design system integration program was proposed and its software system was constructed.
