摘要
对猪沙发革制作工艺中的干整理部分,做了较为详细的论述。主要针对以下几个方面进行了介绍:补伤、磨革、封底、底浆、压花/摔软、中层/效应层以及顶层的涂饰工艺。
Some important techniques in the dry production and finishing process of pigskin upholstery leather were discussed. The following procedures were introduced： blemishes mending, buffing, base coating, bottom pasting, embossing/ milling, finishing technologies of middle layer/effect layer and top layer.
