摘要
利用UV-2501PC型紫外分光光度仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、OCAH200视频高速接触测量仪和SPA-400型原子力显微镜,研究了聚氨酯/SiO2材料性能.结果表明:其红外吸收有明显变化;纳米SiO2涂膜的紫外屏蔽增强,耐老化性能提高.乳液的表面张力几乎无变化,接触角增大25°左右.纳米SiO2在涂膜中的分布比较均匀,其直径在50~150nm之间.
The properties of polyurethane/SiO2 film were studied respectively by the following instruments: UV, FT- IR, AFM etc. The results show that the FT- IR spectrum changes evidently. The ultraviolet shielding ability and the resistance to aging of the SiO2 film has been improved. The polyurethane/SiO2 emulsion' s surface tension changes little and the angle of contact increases about 25 degree. The nano- SiO2 distribute evenly in the film whose diameter is between 50 to 150nm.
