摘要
使用多功能材料试验机研究了铬鞣山羊鞋面革的抗拉伸和抗撕裂性能,结果表明:铬鞣山羊鞋面革的抗张强度纵向比横向大,拉伸断裂能与抗张强度、伸长率及柔软度等物理性能之间有一定的相关性,且断裂能可以取代抗张强度和伸长率,综合评价皮革的品质性能,全面衡量皮革的弹塑性;撕裂强度与取样方向关系不大,而与撕裂断裂能成正比关系,后者能够代替撕裂强度表征皮革的物理性能。
The tensile resistance and tearing resistance of the chrome - tanned goat shoe upper leather were studied by multi - function material testing machine. The results show that the longitudinal tensile strength of leather is larger than that of transverse, There is certain relevance between breaking energy and the other mechanical properties of leather. The breaking energy could replace the tensile strength and rate of elongation of leather to evaluate the leather quality and elasticity comprehensively. The tearing strength that is not influenced by the sampling direction has direct ratio with tearing strength which can evaluate leather quality instead of the tearing strength.
