摘要
针对北京燕化炼油厂60万吨/年连续重整装置的塔顶冷却器E107的管束多次发生腐蚀泄漏的情况,经技术分析发现是HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀,将原材质为10#钢的换热管束更换为稀土合金钢09Cr2AlMoRE的管束,彻底解决了换热器管束泄漏的问题。
The tube of the cooler El07 for the 600000t/a CCR unit of Yanshan petrochemical company has occurred corrosion and leakage several times. The reason of it was determined as the HCI-H2S-H20 corrosion, and the problem was resolved by change the tube material form steel 10# to alloy steel 09Cr2AIMoRE.
