Improve Cooling-water Quality of Dynamo Stator Through System Reform

本文介绍了发电机对定子冷却水质量的要求,介绍了目前发电机定子冷却水常规处理方法及存在的问题,介绍了北京京能热电股份有限公司发电机定子冷却水处理系统现状,分析了发电机定子冷却水质量不合格的原因,提出了改善发电机定子冷却水质量的方案,发电机定子冷却水处理系统改造后进行了经济效益分析。

This paper introduced the demands of dynamotor to cooling-water quality of stator, the common cooling-water treatment methods and existing disadvantages and present status of cooling-water system of dynamo stator of Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. The paper also analyzed disqualification causes of cooling-water quality of dynamo stator and then advanced the reform scheme of cooling-water system of dynamo stator. At last economic benefit was analyzed after cooling-water treatment system reform of dynamo stator.
