摘要
报道用苹果饲养桃小食心虫CarposinaniponensisWalsingham的方法。在温度(25±1)℃、RH60%~70%的条件下,着重研究不同日光照时数对该虫一些主要生物学特性的影响。结果表明:以日光照时数15h为最佳,在上述条件下连续饲养7代未发现退化现象。与人工饲料饲养比较,该法饲养所获得的幼虫历期、幼虫脱果率、蛹重、单雌产卵量及孵化率等指标均有所提高,表明该法具有可行性。
The technique of rearing Carposina niponensis Walsingham on apple is described. The influence of the length of light hours on some important biological characteristics were studied at (25 + 1 ) ℃and RH 60 % - 70 % . The results showed that the suitable light length for development of C. nipponensis was 15 h. Seven generations of the insects were successfully reared on apple under the above conditions. Compared with rearing on artificial diet, rearing on apple could improve the larval growth, leaving rate, pupa weight, fecundity and egg hatching rate.
