Approach of Co-constructing Cooperative Mechanism on Agricultural Sci-tech with Harmonious and Double-Win Between Two Sides of Straits

分析了当前海峡两岸农业科技合作与发展的现状与存在问题,并从政策、技术、人力、资源、信息、服务体系和农业工程实施等多方面阐述了今后海峡两岸在农业科技合作与发展双向交流中的对策,为进一步构建和谐双赢海峡两岸关系指明了一条可探索、可发展之路。

This paper analyzed the current status and problems of the cooperation and development on agricultural sci-tech between two sides of straits. Some countermeasures about the two-way communication of cooperation and development on agricultural sci-tech between two sides of straits in future were elaborated, which include many aspects such as policy, technique, manpower, resources, information, service system and agricultural engineering and so on. An effective way for further co-constructing cooperative mechanism on agricultural sci-tech with harmonious and double-win between two sides of straits was pointed out.
