高油玉米含油率、籽粒结构与氮钾施用量的通径分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过不同氮、钾处理,研究了微胚乳超高油玉米籽粒的胚、胚乳的纵切面积、胚/胚乳纵切面积及氮、钾施用量与籽粒含油率的相关性。试验结果表明:胚/胚乳面积比对微胚乳玉米籽粒含油率的影响最大,其通径系数(P3y)为3.7557,其次是胚面积,(P2y)为1.8027,胚乳面积影响最小(P2y)为-0.0358,氮、钾肥施用量都是通过胚/胚乳面积比而对含油率产生间接的效应。 The experiment was conducted with a new high oil corn species to study the correlation and path analysis among grain oil content, grain structure and different levels of nitrogen and potassium. The results showed that embryo/endosperm area had the greatest effect on the grain oil rate which its path coefficient (P3y) was 3.7557, the embryo area which its P2y was 1.8027 had less effect than embryo/ endosperm area on the grain oil rate, while the endosperm area (P2y = -0.0358) had the least effect. The different levels of nitrogen and potassium had some effects on corn grain oil content by changing the grain structure of embryo/endosperm area.
