我国体育场地建设现状与发展对策

Present situation and development counterplan of stadium in China

全国第五次体育场地普查结果显示:近年来我国体育场地数量、规模有明显增加,人均体育场地面积有较大提高,但体育场地区域发展不平衡,类型分布不均匀,室内外体育场地比例悬殊,公共体育场地匮乏,学校、企事业单位体育场馆开放程度与利用率低等问题,仍然制约着我国群众体育事业的发展。根据我国体育场地建设未来的发展趋势,提出以提高我国体育场馆的市场运营能力,发挥各级政府在公共体育场地建设的主导作用,提高现有体育场地的开放率与利用率等发展策略。

In order to appreciate the present condition ef stadium development in China,the article analyzed the fifth census data of stadium.The zesuhs showed that the amount, scale and per capital area of stadium in China increased apparently recent years, but the region developed offbalance, type distributed uneven, proportion of inside and outside is very different, public stadium is destitution, the patency and utilization of stadium in universities and enterprises are very low. Aa stated, above problems still restricted the development of physical education of mass character. According to the tendency of stadium developmen,it provided several countplans, such as pumping up market competency of stadium; devdoping sparkplug function of all levels government in public stadium development; increasing the, patency and utilization of stadium, etc.
