摘要
三级跳远技术经历了从“高跳型”到“平跳型”再到“速度型”的发展过程,三跳比例发生了一定的变化。通过分析研究得出,为了减少三跳过程中的水平速度损失,已有明显缩短第一步距离,大力增加第三跳距离的趋势,但没有普遍适用的最佳三跳比例,只有将自身的运动素质与个人技术特点紧密结合,才能创造出自己的最好成绩。
Triple jump technology has gone through the evolution from "high jmnping type" to "flat jumping type" then to "speed type" ,and the triple proportion has some certain change. It has been found that, in order to reduce the speed losses in triple jump, it has a trend af shortening the distance af the hop,and increasing the distance af the jump. However, it has no best hop- skip- jump proportion generally applicable to triple jump. Only combining one's own sport quality with individual skill characteristics,could he obtain his own best achievement.
