排球高、低姿势防守效果的实验研究

Experimental study of defensive effects on high and low postures of volleyball

运用数理统计法、实验对照法,对山东女排和山东农业大学女排部分队员高姿势防守移动效果及起动速度、击球时间进行研究。结果显示,高姿势防守起动速度慢而移动速度快,便于脚踢球,而对于落点靠前的球防守效果差,从而提出高姿势前进式防守理念。

With the methods of statistics and comparison, it made a study of the defensive and moving effects in high posture, start speed and drive some women volleyball players from Shandong Women Volleyball Team and that from Shandong University of Agriculture. It has been shown that the low start speed and fast moving in high posture defense is easy to kick the ball and has poor defensive effect for front of point of the ball. It affered a concept of defense in high posture and advancing type.
