英国大学“能力教育”对我国高校体育教育专业学生能力培养的启示

Enlightenment of "capability education" in British universities on the cultivation of PE major in China's institutions of higher learning

英国的大学近几年对各个学科人才培养模式进行了重大改革,改革的核心在于推行“能力教育”,倡导学生开展自主性、探索性学习,独立承担起学习和能力培养的责任、培养学生适应社会生存竞争和发展的综合能力,受到全社会普遍好评。其成功的经验,对于我们正在进行的提倡开放式、互动式教学,以提高学生适应能力、竞争能力和创新能力为核心的高校体育教育专业教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

A major reform has been carried out in British universities with regard to modes of cultivating talents of various disciplines. The core of＂ the reform is to push ＂capability education＂ so that students can study on their own initiatively and exploratively, undertake the task of＂ studying and cultivating abilities, and to help students improve their comprehensive abilities to adapt to social existence, competition and development. The successful experience can be used for reference in our PE reform aimed at realization of open- style and interactive mode of＂ teaching,the overall developement of university students＇ quality so that they can improve their social competitiveness and creativity.
