摘要
在以“增强体质”为指导思想的前提下,很多体育教师片面强调体育的生物性功能,忽视了学生的心理状态,这种功效暴露出两个问题:其一是忽略了体育活动的心理学、社会学功效;其二是学校体育是一种义务性兼强制性的体育活动,学生只要参与就能够获得现实功效,但长远功效无法预测。分析体质与健康的辨证关系,阐释了学校体育指导思想由“增强体质”到“健康第一”的转变才是学校体育工作的重点。
By thought of "promoting fitness" ,many teachers would be much more concerned about the biological function of sports but neglect the psychological motivation of students.As a result two issues appear: firstly psychology of sports activity,secondly long- term function.It analyzes the relationship between fitness and health and elucidates the change of school PE from "promoting fitncss"to "developing health fLint"would be the key role of physical education.
