结合高州市人民医院的做法,对在构建和谐社会中如何履行公立医院的责任进行了探讨:一是建立学习型医院,树立公立医院的责任意识;二是缓解“看病难、看病贵”,履行公立医院的责任;三是化解矛盾,建立政府、医院、患者的和谐关系。

In light of the experience of the People＇s Hospital of Gaozhou City, the paper discusses ways of carrying out the responsibilities of public hospitals in building up a harmonious society. One is to develop learning hospitals and cultivate the responsibility awareness of public hospitals. Another is to try to alleviate the issue of ＂it is difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂ and carry out the responsibilities of public hospitals. And a third way is to resolve contradictions and establish harmonious relationships between the governments, hospitals and patients.
