摘要
目前,重质碳酸钙用粉体表面改性设备常用高速捏合机(混合机)等间歇式设备,质量不容易控制均匀,产品性能波动大。采用连续式粉体表面改性装置,其结构由给料输送、主机、供给改性剂、排料、成品输送、成品收集仓、加热、给风、除尘等部分组成,使产品性能质量得到提高,包覆率高,颗粒不增大,而且不需要冷却设备,环境无污染,缩短工时。
Nowadays batch type equipments for large calcium carbonate, such as high speed kneader (mixer blender) , grind machine and so on, are used as powder surface modification equipments. But the quality is hard to be controlled, and product performance fluctuates a lot. A new kind of equipment, called continuous powder surface modification equipment is presented, which is comprised of feeding part, main machine, modifier providing part, discharging part, product collecting part, heating part, blowing part, dirt sweeping part. The product performance is improved to a high level.
