摘要
本文依据我国住宅建设产业可持续发展的目标，对伴随住房分配货币化及住房商品化改革在居室装修过程中出现的些普遍性问题进行研究。在此基础上,对居室装修部件化系统的构成与发展加以探讨。
This article, according to the goal of the sustainable develop of our country＇s housing construction industry, based on the reformation of housing products being putting into market, discussed about some universal issues in the finishing and decoration of our houses. And based on such discussion, this article also researches into the composition and development of house fitting assembling system.
