文章通过对建筑装饰行业中设计人才培养现状的分析与问题的思考，结合我国经济建设给建筑装饰设计教育带来的发展契机，提出了面对未来挑战的对策与措施，并对面向时代发展需要的建筑装饰设计教育的发展取向进行了探索，以期对我国建筑装饰设计人才的培养能有所推动和促进。
