基于TMS320F2812的混合悬浮系统研究

摘要 针对纯电磁悬浮系统实现大气隙悬浮能耗很大的问题,本文研究了电磁与永磁混合的悬浮系统。系统阐述了混合系统的工作原理,详细分析了以定点数字信号处理器TMS320F2812为核心的数字控制器硬件系统。控制方法采用积分分离式的PID控制规律,并给出了C语言的程序流程图。实验结果验证了系统的可行性。 Aiming at great power being consumed in pure electromagnetic suspension system for larger air gap, a suspension system with hybrid electromagnets made of permanent and electromagnet is studied in this paper.The working principle of the hybrid suspension system is systemically expatiated,and the hardware of a digital controller system based on a fixed-point digital signal processor TMS320F2812 is analyzed in detail.PID algorithm of integral separation is adopted and program flow chart in the C language is presented.The test results shown the hybrid suspension system is feasible.
