A Novel Zero-Voltage-Switch DC/DC Chopper

分析了现有H桥斩波器的特点,提出了一种新型斩波器。它采用直流回路零电压箝位技术,实现了主电路功率器件的零电压导通和关断;辅助电路的功率开关采用缓冲电路。文中分析了新型斩波器的工作原理和主要特点,给出了电路的仿真结果和实验结果。

The main H-bridge chopper topology is analyzed and a novel Zero-Voltage Switching chopper is proposed in this paper.The paper analyzes its principle and characters.The results of simulation and experiment are given.The main switches have achieved Zero-Voltage-Switching （ZVS） in proposed chopper,while the auxiliary switch uses snubber circuits .
