摘要
目的 本实验采用RP-HPLC法测定云南红豆杉枝叶中10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ(10-deaxetylbaccatin Ⅲ)的含量。方法 利用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)甲醇-乙腈-水(5:35:60)作为流动相,检测波长为227nm。结果 10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ在0.096~1.947μg与峰面积线性关系良好,Y=1351.973X+1.903(R^2=0.999),平均回收率为95.90%,RSD为1.94%。结论 此方法可靠简便、重现性好、灵敏度高,具有很高的实用价值,而且未见报导,可用于红豆杉植物中10-脱乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ的定性、定量分析。
This experiment determs the ination of 10-deacetylbaclcatin Ⅲ in Taxuscus yunanensis branches and leaves by RP-HPLC. Make use of the chromatographic column C18 (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm). Mobile phase is MeOH-CH3CN-H2O (5: 35: 60) . Wavelength is 227 nm. It is the relation with peak area to show the good linear relation with in the reange of 0. 096 ~ 1. 947 μg. Y = 1351. 973X + 1. 903 ( R^2 =0. 999) . Average recovery is 95. 90%. RSD is 1.94%. This method is not only simple credibility but also good reproducibility and sensitivity. It has very good practical value. It can be used of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis for 10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ.
