脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_2及其抑制剂的研究进展

摘要 脂蛋白相关磷脂A2(Lp-PLA2)也称血浆血小板激活因子乙酰水解酶,是介导氧化低密度脂蛋白引起炎症和动脉粥样硬化的一个关键性酶。Lp-PLA2作为一个动脉粥样硬化药物发现的新靶点,已发现了许多化合物对其具有选择性抑制作用。本文综述了Lp-PLA2的生物学性质、与动脉粥样硬化的关系及其抑制剂用于治疗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展。
