摘要
应用计算机数值模拟方法对烘箱内的三维速度场和压力场进行了模拟,研究结果表明,原始模型的速度场和压力场很不均匀,改进后的模型分别考虑了挡板,导流板和回风圆管等对速度场和压力场的影响,综合了以上改进措施的方案四使得箱体内部的速度场和压力场的均匀性显著提高,涡旋的影响显著减弱,本方案基本满足了厂家提出的要求,对烘箱的改型具有一定的参考作用。
By using numerical simulation methods, the three-dimensional velocity field and pressure field are numerically calculated in the oven. The result is as follows: the velocity field and pressure field of the original model are very uneven, the effect of baffle, guiding fin, and return intake cylinder on the velocity field and pressure field respectively are considered in the ameliorated model. The forth way ,which makes use of the advantages of all the three ameliorated ways, has improved the uniformity of the velocity field and pressure field considerably, and meanwhile the effect of eddy has been reduced dramatically. So the refined project meets the needs proposed by the plant, and gives a reference for the oven design.
