摘要
介绍了我国埋弧焊钢管倒棱机机械平头工序工艺布局方式的发展及应用状况,分析了各种工艺布局方式的优缺点。实践证明,在平头工序各种工艺布局方式中,钢管横移车托管移动方式较为先进合理,可避免传统的钢管横向移动使用拨料钩和钢管滚动时产生的磕拉碰伤,在整个工序过程中钢管接送料平稳,钢管与设备间无冲击,无碰撞噪音,提高了钢管的表面质量。
Described in the paper are development and application of the process arrangement for mechanically-end-facing operation of the chamfering machine for SAW steel pipe in the country. Analyzed are the advantages and disadvantages of different process arrangement methods for the said operation. Relevant operation practice leads to the conclusion that among various process layouts for the end-facing operation, the solution involving the tube transfer car with saddle device to support tubes is comparatively more advantageous and logic, which is capable of getting tubes free of any damage as resulting from hit by rolling tubes themselves in case of using the conventional kick-off type tube transfer system. With the above mentioned saddle-equipped tube transfer car, during the entire operation process the tubes are ensured to be handled smoothly and no impact between the material and the equipment, thus no hit-caused noise, and moreover, tube surface quality is improved.
