对现场总线技术进行了简单的概述。通过分析网络结构,参数设定,硬件配置,软件组态来实现西门子PLC和变频器之间的数据通讯。着重介绍了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线在Φ340mm连轧管机组精整线自动控制系统中的应用。
Briefed is the PROFIBUS-DP technology. Analyzed are the network structure, parameter setting, hardware configuration and software composition, which ensure proper data communication between the Siemenssupplied PLCs and converters. Detailed is the application of the PROFIBUS-DP technology to the automation control system for the tube finishing section of the Φ340 mm MPM Pipe Plant.
