在总体构思中，首先确定指挥心办公大楼是主体，必须为办公楼提供一个整体的、干净的具有良好车流和人流分布的环境，并精心设计了绿化和树种，形成以大堂雨篷的中心线为中轴线的景观主轴设计，使重点和整体取得统一。在建筑外立画造型设计中，以现代风格为主，块面结合，虚实对比，错落有致，一气呵成。

As an overall conception,the Command Center is the principal part of the office building,and thus a clean environment with convenient transportation has to be made available,so does the delicately designed trees and flowers,in order to form a landscape centering round the central line of the lobby awning and achieve a harmony between main points and the whole.Smartness is the focus in designing the architecture＇s appearance,supplementary with plane lntegration,contrast between falsehood and reality,which seems to be strewn at random but quite orderly and vigorous.New construction technologies are adopted to make the stones and glass get on the same plane,level the outside walls,pose sharp contrast between falsehood and reality,and embody the smartness of a modem office building.Interior decoration is designed to demonstrate a modemistic style of simplicity and liveliness with simple but elegant colors,while some spaces incamate a sober,free and refined design style.
