跃层式住宅户型适应性设计研究

Study on adaptability design of types of duplex apartment

针对跃层式住宅户型具有较高的功能空间适应能力而广受关注的现象,围绕“住宅适应性”的基本原则,结合实例对跃层式住宅的适应性设计进行了深入研究,从整体套型的分合、居住空间的功能中立、套型的近远期结合以及功能的调整与扩充等四个方面进行了论述,提出应进一步提高住宅设计的功能多适性,并促进住宅设计观念的更新。

Aiming at the house type of Duplex Apartment has higher function space adaptive capacity and is wide mentioned,this article centres on basic principle of “house adaptability”,researches adaptability design of Duplex Apartment by analyzing several examples and describes four primary design means,such as combination and divide of the whole flats,function neutrality,present combining future and adjustment and expasion of function in housing space.It puts forward to improve the design of house function further and promole the renewal of the idea on design of house.
