摘要
层次分析法是一种定性与定量分析相结合的多目标决策分析方法,它把决策者的经验判断给予量化,运用层次分析法确定评标的权重,能够较好地避免评标过程的主观随意性,具有一定的科学性。
AHP is a kind of quatitative and mensurabel method and also a kind of multi-target decision-making analyse method,it can measure the decision-maker＇s experience and judge.Use AHP to confirm bid-evaluation proplortion can preferably avoid subjective liberty in bid-evaluation course and have deteminate scientific character.
