公路工程中水泥砼试块养护条件的探讨

工地现场的水泥混凝土、砂浆强度因气候、温度、湿度、养护等条件的差异相对于标养试块强度有很大差别,通过一批试验对比数据,结合公路工程施工实际情况,建议对水泥混凝土、砂浆强度评定采用以现场同条件养护600℃.d的试件为准,以标准养护28d龄期的试件为辅,这将有利于确保工程质量。

The strength of the cement concrete brick and mix admixture brick will be great different at worksite,since the climate,temperature,humidity and the maintenance is unlike.By a set of test data,combined the actual condition of the highway worksite,we advise to use the 600℃.d brick of the same condition to assess the cement concrete and the mix admixture mainly,use the normal maintenance of 28 days to assess it secondarily.It will be better to insure the project quality.
