摘要
1A1是北京市建筑设计研究院2004年改革中的产物，在近1年的时间中，1A1依托北京市建筑设计研究院作为全国顶级大院之一的技术优势，以更加市场化的机制，同时借鉴国内外成功设计公司的经营、管理、设计模式，努力将自身技术先进成为北京市建筑设计研究院的品牌之一。
1A1 was a reform outcome of Beijing institute Architectual Design（BIAD）in 2004.During about one year recently.1A1 has been endeavoring to build itself into one of the brand names of BIAD relying upon technical advantage of BIAD as one of the top national majour institutes,operating in a more marketing mechanism,and at the same time referring to successful designing experience in coporate operation,management and designing fashions both at bome and abroad.
