摘要
本文从建设项目实施的全过程出发,客观地分析了政府投资项目投资超概算的多种原因,并提出了相应的控制措施,为有效监管政府投资项目资金的使用提供一定的参考。
This text set oul from the whole course of building project implementation, has analysed many kinds of reasons of the ultra budgetary estimate of project investment of governmental inveslinent objectively,pot forward the corresponding control measure,ofter certain reterence for the use that superviscs govrrnment＇sinvestment project fund effeclively.
