含铼CoNiCrAlY合金氧化层中的相转变 被引量:2

Transient Phase Evolution on the Oxidation Layer of Re-Containing CoNiCrAlY Alloy

摘要 对一种加3%~5%(质量分数)金属Re的CoNiCrAly合金在1000℃空气中进行了恒温氧化实验,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱分析研究其氧化行为.结果表明:与不加Re的合金相比,加Re合金在初期氧化阶段增重较低;并且金属Re加速了亚稳过渡相θ-Al2O3向稳定相α-Al2O3的转变,有利于快速生成致密的α-Al2O3保护膜. The oxidation behavior of CoNiCrAlY alloy containing 3 wt%-5 wt% rhenium in air at 1000℃ was evaluated by means of XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the oxidation weight gain in early stages of CoNiCrAlY with Re additions is lower compared with that of CoNiCrAlY alloy without Re. The addition of Re accelerates the transformation of metastable θ-Al2O3 tO stable α-Al2O3 and promotes the formation of compact α-Al203 protective layer.
