迈向聚合居住——论高层住宅内部公共空间

Advancing to the Aggregation Dwelling--Discussing the Interior Public Space of High-rise Resident

高层住宅的大量建设从整体上将“居住”向“狭义居住”演变,降低了居住生活质量,如何在高层住宅中营造居住场所的公共空间,或者实现住宅的“广义居住”,应借助于探讨传统居住方式的居住需求在高层中实现程度,进而探讨在高层住宅中满足这些需求的活动类型、空间构成方法,在此多功能的空间聚合的设计方法就尤其重要。

The mass construction of high rise residents has led to the evolvement of ＂resident＂ to the narrow sense of ＂resident＂, which leads to the debasement of our life quality. In order to make it clear that how to construct special sense of public space in high-rise residents, or realize the ＂wide sense of resident＂, we should study the realization level in high-rise building reflecting the traditional living space model, and extend to discuss the behavior type and space structure in the high rise residents meeting with these demands. It is very notable to use the design of aggregation space on the basis of this point.
