摘要
信道的计算机模拟是数字卫星通信在探索、研究和发展过程中的重要手段和必经阶段。本文基于作者经验的总结,对卫星通信计算机模拟的方法论给出一个简要而系统的介绍,重点放在移动卫星信道上。其内容包括:等效复基带表示法,一种信道分析和模拟研究所采用的非常方便的数学形式;模拟从L到Ka波段信道的多功能可扩充计算机软件系统的研制;通过BMLA/LS技术对信道冲激响应和频率响应的实时提取;多径和遮荫所引起的信道快衰落特性的模型及模拟;在模拟中信道输入端等效的Eb/N0数据的获得以及在模拟中信道输出端BER的估值方法,包括直接误差计数法及计算法。
in the course of exploration,research and development of satellite communications,computer simulation of communication channels is an essential means and a necessary stage.Based on an summarization of the author’s experience, this paper gives a brief and systematic presentation to the computer simulation methodology of satellite communications, and emphasis is placed on a mobile satellite channel model.It includes the equivalent complex baseband notation, a very convenient mathematical form for software simulation;development of a multi-functional and expandable channel simulation system on a computer from L-band to Ka-band;channel impulse or frequency response estimation in real time by the BMLA/LS technique;modeling and simulation of the channel fast fading due to multipath and shadowing;acquisition of the equivalent Eb/No data at the channel input; and BER evaluation by the directly error-counting approach and the computational approach at the channel output in simulation.
