摘要
房地产开发的节能环保要求和人们对住宅消费健康舒适的要求是发展可持续性住宅的根本出发点。该文提出发展绿色生态型住宅小区是实现住宅可持续的关键,并从住区规划设计与住宅单体设计两方面举例阐述。
The requirement of both energy saving and environment protecting of real estate and healthy and comfortable inhabitation is the fundamental reason of developing sustainable house. The paper shows that the development of green and ecotype residential district is the key of realizing sustainable housing. With several examples from two aspects, the paper expounds how to plan residential district and how to design single house.
