山区城市宜建筑用地不足,居住区问题较多。合理利用山地,适当挖山填沟,形成大小不等的平原台地,建设布局均衡、规模适度、设施配套、功能完善、环境优美的一个个居住小区,从而较好地促进城市健康、协调、可持续发展。
