方案从城市设计的角度出发．在本地块中央形成一椭圆形广场，并将当初规划中横穿中心区的城市道路改为两条地下单行道，从而将机动交通与步行人流彻底分离、创造一种全新的城市休闲商业空间.

Starting from the point of urban design in the project, JHW Studio creates an oval square at the center of the site and change the city road crossing the central district in earlier planning into two underground bicycle lanes in order to separate vehicles from pedestrians completely, thus creating a bran-new urban space of recreation and business.
