摘要
这是JHW STUDIO迁移到深圳之后的第一个城市设计方案，它的核心是将地下商业城与地铁对接．实现地王这一黄金地块的整合与交通梳理，本方案在几任市长和规划局的控制下正逐步得以实现。
This project is the first urban design project after JHW Studio moved to Shenzhen in 1997. The design concept is to connect the underground commercial town with the subway system in order to achieve the conformity of this golden site and the put-in-order of transportation. This project is being realized step by step under the leadership and control by mayors of several tenures and the Planning Bureau.
