摘要
规划理念：
1.保护开发山水资源，依山就势，打造“生态、环保、安静、安全”的高档山水社区；
2.顺应地形，减少土方工程，保持、利用良好的原始地貌（山水）与植被，以低成本建造高挡住区环境；
3.优先开发高密度区的同时，梳山理水，保护改善中心湖低密度区的自然景观，开辟社区公园，推动高档物业的销售。
Design concepts： 1. Protect and open up the natural resources of mountains and waters to create a top-grade community of ＂ecological, peaceful and safe＂;
2. Make use of the present landform, reduce the earthwork keep and utilize the original topographic features and vegetation to build the first-class community environment at a low cost;
3. While developing the high density area in priority, deal with the mountains and waters, protect and improve the natural landscape in the low densely area at the central lake, construct the community park to promote the sales of the top-grade property.
