Li Chong is an important architect in our Chinese architectural history. Based on the analysis of historic literature, this artieJe explores his birth and death year, achievement gained Jn construction, great influence to Northern Wei Dynasty＇s capital moving and prominent contribution to the new capital＇s construction.
