城市设计在实践中包含设计编 制和管理实施两个过程,整合这两个过 程的关键在于城市设计运行保障体系。 本文阐述了城市设计运行保障体系中机 构组织的含义、形式、职能等,同时,分 析了关于机构组织现状中存在的几点矛 盾,并对其改进与优化提出了相应的几 点策略。

There ore two phases in the practice of urban design, the design and the management, whose integrating depends on the supporting system of urbon design. The article discusses the organization of the supporting system, which includes the meaning, the form, the function and the problems in the practice of urban design in our country currently. And furthermore some advices are given for the optimization of the organization .
