通过对台州图书馆设计方案的介绍,从图书馆与城市空间的关系、我国南方气候对现代模数式图书馆的挑战、以人为本的功能布局以及网络时代的发展趋势四个方面总结和阐释了南方城市公共图书馆的设计重点。

By introducing the architectural design of Taizhou Library, this article summarized and explained the emphases of designing a public library in a south citu in Chine from four aspects： the spece context in the city, the chellenge from south weather to the modern library, the function arrangement caring about people and the changes in network era.
