摘要
本文阐述了最优生产技术(OPT)的概念及主要思想,并在其理念的指导下结合我国家具企业的现状,探讨了通过设计标准化、计划平准化、生产均衡化,重新整合家具企业资源,增加企业的运作柔性,提高企业对市场的反应能力和生产效率。
The definition and main ideas aboot OPT are discussed in the paper. On the basis of the ideas of OPT and combing contemporary states of domestic furniture enterprises, the ways of increasing the flexibility and re,action power and improving the production efficiency by implementing standardization of design, stabilization of plan and conforming resources of the enterprise are put forwand.
