摘要
本文通过对中国家具业现状的剖析,指明实施OEM战略的利弊,认为OEM 是中国家具业实现腾飞的强劲动力,并在此基础上提出实施OEM战略的步骤。
Through analyzing the current situation of China's furniture industry, the pros and cons of implementing OEM strategy are pointed out. It is considered that OEM is the powerful impetus which fulfills the soaring of Chinese furniture industry, and the step of implementing OEM strategy is put forward on this basis.
