摘要
本文从设计管理的角度,指出我们应从以往重视对设计流程、设计方法研究转向对设计师的管理,并探讨了如何管好用好设计人员,调动其工作的积极性和创造性,重在组织架构的合理设置,创建创新性组织,同时提出激励创新设计的机制。
In terms of design management, the article points out that designers should turning from paying attention to tiesign procedure and design method to the tiesign management. Something else are covered as to how to managn designers and arouse the initiative and creativity of them, and how to organize a rational and innovative organ. The means of how to establish an innovative mechanism is produced, too.
