高完成度建筑产品的设计控制——北京首都国际机场航站楼合作设计实践随感

通过首都机场航站楼的合作设计经历.作者认为建筑产品完成度不高是我国建筑与世界先进水平有较大差距的主要原因。因此有必要检讨已经习以为常的设计观念和设计模式.充分了解和吸收国外同行行之有效的经验。作者进一步提出了几种具体的方式来提高建筑产品的完成度. 如转变落后的设计观念和方法,改进建筑师的执业能力.形成与国际接轨的设计模式和方法.对建筑过程进行有效的控制.以便为社会提供更多的高质量建筑作品。

By joint designing with Fosters and Partners on the project of Beijing International Airport Terminal,the author thinks that the main reason why new architecture in China lags largely behind the advanced world level is that the completion degree is rather low. So it is necessary to make a self-ccriticism on concept and way of design which we are used experience From abroad as well.The author points out some methods further to enhance completion degree to improve professionalism of architects, and to replace the backward design concept and method by new one which could fit into international framework, with the result that we can control design process effectively and contribute more high quality architecture to society.
