This article briefly analyzes the key concepts which the architects persisted in the project of New Building of School of Civil Engineening, Tongli University, which is to express the influences given by steel structural to architectural structure, construction and even decoFation,etc and to coincide with exhisting campus context and to create favorabte space as well.
