Protection, Reconstruction and Reutilization of Industrial Architecture

本文分析了国内产业建筑保护、改造和再利用设计实践活动的缘起,指出产业建筑及空间固有的兼容性和生命周期是改造和再利用的关键所在,提出产业建筑持续、合理地再利用是改造的最终目的,而保护应是建立在此目的基础上的自然结果。

Analyzing the origins of protection, reconstruction and adaptive reutilization practice in Chinese industrial architecture, this paper points out that the key points of reconstruetion and reutilization are the inherent compatibility and life span of industrial architecture and space. The ultimate goal lization of the industrial architecture, and protection should be the natural result of this goal.
