我国旧产业建筑改造而成的"阁楼"按其产生机制可分为自发式和集中开发式两大类,自发式阁楼将向商业化和集群化方向发展,集中开发式阁楼的发展则依赖于政府的相关政策。
The lofts renovation can be classified into two kinds by the gencrating mode：voluntary renovation which is growing more and more commereial and centralized,and centralized development depending on the policy of govemment.
