住宅建设与北京城市环境——关于北京住宅小区发展的几点思考

Housing Construction and the Environment of Beijing -Thinking of the Beijing Residential District's Development

住房改革后,大规模的住宅小区建设给北京及其他城市的支撑系统和生态环境带来了巨大的压力。本文以北京为例,从7个影响城市可持续发展的环境问题入手,探讨住宅小区建设与城市可持续性发展之间的互动影响,提倡把更多的对环境的考虑引入到规划设计中。

After the housing innovation, massive housing constructions have much impact on tile city＇s sustainable system and environment. This paper discusses tile relationship between housing construction and city＇s sustainable development of Beijing from seven aspects, advocates that we should consider the environment as an important element in the urban design.
